Son-of-Brisket

The Son-of-Brisket (SOB) can be used as a smoker or grill. You can grill one steak or grill for the whole neighborhood! We can also build a drop-in SOB for your outdoor kitchen island.  With some of our original SOBs in service for 30-40 years, we understand that occasionally there may be need of some restoration work. Our fabricators can refurbish your SOB just like new when the time comes. We keep a supply of parts on hand, just for you. You will enjoy your SOB for years to come - you'll even want to hand it down to someone else one day!
